To ensure prompt delivery, orders are processed quickly, generally during working hours within an hour. Once production begins, cancellations or changes are not possible. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately to see if it's still feasible. We generally fulfil our Woven throw orders between 5-7 days, aside from busy periods such as Christmas. We work this way so that we don't have to hold large amounts of stock on hand.
Delivered in a box. We provide you with tracking details once shipped.
Customs and import taxes | Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return Policy | US Customers
International customers will have to cover the cost of their return. As a guide, returns from the US typically cost around £20; rest of the world returns typically cost between £25-£40.

We aim to process any returns within 10 working days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wildlikeart.com with details of your issue and your Order No. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Wild Like Art, Unit B, 53 Underhill Road, London SE22 0QR. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages + issues
