SHIPPING + RETURNS
Shipping | Once we receive your order we will then schedule the item to be printed, we generally fulfil our Art Print orders between 3-6 days, aside from busy periods such as Christmas. We work this way so that we don't have to hold large amounts of stock on hand.
Delivered in a rigid postal tube, rolled & unframed or packed securly in a hardback thick envelope. We provide you with tracking details once shipped. We use Royal Mail.
Customs and import taxes | Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return Policy | UK Customers
We offer a free UK 14 day return on all art prints excluding limited editions. which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wildlikeart.com with details of your issue and your Order No. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Wild Like Art, Unit B, 53 Underhill Road, London SE22 0QR. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy | International Customers
International customers will have to cover the cost of their return. As a guide, returns from the US typically cost around £20; rest of the world returns typically cost between £25-£40.

We aim to process any returns within 10 working days.
Damages + issues
