- If there isnt a standout winner, we'll do a further round of refinement based on your feedback.

4. Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel your order before we begin the creative process (i.e., before we send you the initial concepts), we'll provide a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
5. No Refunds After Delivery:
Once the final images have been delivered and approved, we cannot offer refunds. This policy is in place due to the custom nature of our AI-generated visuals and the resources invested in their creation.
