Our Returns Policy
We offer a free UK 30 day return on all art prints excluding limited editions. which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at assistance@skinnycreative.com with details of your issue and your Order No. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit B. Sunshine Dribble + Skinny, 53 Underhill Road, London SE22 0QR. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy | International Customers
International customers will have to cover the cost of their return. As a guide, returns from the US typically cost around £20; rest of the world returns typically cost between £25-£40. Upon receiving your return, international customers will be reimbursed with £15 of store credit to use against your next order.

We aim to process any returns within 10 working days.
Damages + issues
