Shipping & Returns (ACCESSORIES)

Shipping  | Once we receive your order we will then schedule the product to be printed, and we generally fulfil all orders between 3-6 days, aside from busy periods such as Christmas. We work this way so that we don't have to hold large amounts of stock on hand, allowing us to have a bigger range of products. 

Customs and import taxes  |  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy  UK Customers  | We offer a free UK 14 day return on goods  (excluding our Art limited editions). which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wildlikeart.com with details of your issue and your Order No. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Wild Like Art, Unit B, 53 Underhill Road, London SE22 0QR. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy  International Customers  |  International customers will have to cover the cost of their return. As a guide, returns from the US typically cost around £20; rest of the world returns typically cost between £25-£40.

We aim to process any returns within 10 working days.

Damages + issues | Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email with details/images of your issue to: support@wildlikeart.com
